LX-216

LX-216: Double coated silicone tape with a 1.0 mil polyester carrier

Bonds well to silicone coated papers, rubbers, foams, plastic and low surface energy plastics. Has excellent high temperature resistance up to 400 degrees F. Peel adhesion: 60 oz/inch.

LX-216 is a 1.0-mil polyester film double coated with a custom formulated silicone pressure sensitive adhesive system. This product is designed to bond to silicone substrates as well as other difficult to bond to surfaces such as rubbers, foams, plastics and hard-coated or low energy substrates. It provides excellent quick stick and strong holding power. Protected by a specially treated 2.0 mil polyester release liner.

LX-218

LX-218: Double coated tape with a differential silicone/acrylic adhesive system

Silicone side bonds to silicone hard coats and silicone coated liners while acrylic side has a good affinity for both high and low surface energy surfaces. Peel adhesion: Silicone side at 40 oz./inch; Acrylic side at 80 oz./inch.

LX-218 is a double-coated tape with a differential, silicone/acrylic adhesive system. This tape features a high performance silicone adhesive on one side and a permanent acrylic adhesive on the reverse side. This product has been especially developed to bond to differential substrates. LX-237-B

LX-237-B: Single Coated 2.0 Mil PET (Polyester) With Silicone Adhesive

"Heat Tape" commonly used for holding transfers during the process of sublimation. Removes cleanly after use leaving no residue. Peel adhesion: 40 oz./inch.

LX-237-B is a green 3.3 mil high temperature tape made with a conformable polyester film. It can be used to hold transfers during the process of sublimation and removes cleanly leaving no residue. Can be used for splicing of a pressure sensitive adhesive coated tapes and labels. Can be used to wrap idler rolls that come into contact with adhesives. Bonds well to low surface energy surfaces.

LX-250

LX-250: Single Coated 1.0 Mil PET (Polyester) With Silicone Adhesive

Laser safe polyester allows for conformability. Used for masking/wrapping irregular shapes, while maintaining it's strong, durable and puncture resistant properties. Has good temperature resistance up to 400 degrees F. Peel adhesion: 35 oz./inch.

LX-250 is a single coated 1.0 mil red polyester coated with a silicone adhesive which bonds quickly and permanently to silicone surfaces. The strong, durable polyester film resists puncture or tearing. The silicone adhesive is chemical and high temperature resistant. Used as mask off tape during surface finishing operations, powder coating painting and anodizing.
